At Study Lab Test Prep, we believe every student can succeed with the right guidance and encouragement. Our personalized tutoring and test prep programs are designed to meet your middle or high schooler where they are and help them go further than they imagined. Whether they need a little boost in the classroom or focused prep for a big exam, we’re here to help them build confidence, skills, and momentum.
No two students are alike, so we don’t treat them that way. Our sessions are tailored to each student’s learning style, pace, and goals. Most of our tutoring is one-on-one, and we never exceed a 3-to-1 student-to-tutor ratio. That means your child always gets the attention they deserve. We also track progress with detailed session notes, which we share with you after every lesson, so you’ll always know what’s happening and how your child is doing.
We offer academic support across all core subjects, from math and science to English, history, and government. Many students also come to us for help preparing for major standardized tests including the Digital SAT, ACT, TACHS, SHSAT, AP exams, and Regents. If your child is applying to college, we provide personalized coaching on college essays to help them craft standout applications that reflect who they truly are. We also support students with homework help and academic coaching to keep them organized and on track all year long.
Every session includes updated study materials and targeted practice. After every four sessions, your child will receive a free mock exam to test progress and build test-day confidence. You'll also get regular communication from us through tutor logs, short summaries that explain what your child worked on and how they're progressing. If your child attends a nearby school, ask us about our local discounts.
You can choose to pay at the end of each session or in advance with a package, whichever works best for your family. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo. College essay coaching is billed per session, and the number of sessions depends on the student’s needs.
