We offer tutoring on most standardized exams from the middle school to high school level including the SAT, ACT, TACHS, SHSAT, AP Subject tests, and Regents exams and we also provide subject enrichment tutoring in subjects including English, History, Math, and Science. Please inquire for specific standardized exams or subjects that may not be mentioned or listed.
Most tutoring sessions are 1-hour or 1.5-hours in length (sometimes 2-hours). However, 1.5-hour sessions are considered the average. It will mostly depend on the amount of help the student needs.
We offer both private 1-on-1 tutoring sessions and small classes (no more than 2-3 students per class). The low tutor to student ratio is ideal for the tutor to provide focus to each and every student in their session.
At the conclusion of every tutoring session, the tutor is required to submit a post-session tutoring note that outlines what happened during the session, impressions by the tutor, student's strengths & weaknesses, what the student needs to focus on, and homework assignments. These will be shared with both students and their parents.
We work with students from middle school to high school.
Payments are made after each tutoring session (within 24 hours of session conclusion). Payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, Check, or Cash.
